In Kazakhstan, builders and DIY renovators waste hours on the phone calling around for prices on drywall, dry mixes, screws and insulation. Five different shops, five different price lists, no way to compare without driving across the city. The client's idea was to flip the dynamic — let buyers post once, and have sellers come to them with offers.
Over four months we built the platform end-to-end. A Flutter app for buyers — category browsing, an in-app cart, a multi-step request flow, full Kazakh-Russian dual-language support out of the gate. Eleven product categories at launch, a partner-onboarding flow that turns construction-worker brigadiers into commission-earning resellers, and a delivery toggle that flips price visibility per shop.
On the back end, a Laravel admin panel for shop owners to manage their inventory, prices, and respond to incoming requests. The tricky part wasn't the e-commerce or the admin CRUD — it was the bilingual content model. Every category, every product, every SKU description had to exist in both Kazakh and Russian. Each entity has a tabbed dual-language editor, so a single shop owner can keep both versions in sync without two separate workflows.
